Job Summary
 We are looking for Drive strategic marketing initiatives to establish market share and product success, while overseeing portfolio management, brand positioning, and promotional strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering training to optimize sales force effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities
 
• You will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans: Establish market share and prescription objectives, create brand plans, and build omnichannel product promotion strategies tailored to target audiences.
• You will be responsible for managing product promotions: Oversee promotional materials, campaigns, media planning, and advertising to increase product awareness and drive consumer engagement.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing performance: Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), scientific organizations, and external agencies to support brand promotion and strengthen relationships.
• You will be responsible for compliance and process adherence: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to organizational policies and national regulations, optimizing processes for effective execution.
• You will be responsible for customer and market insights: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and use insights to identify opportunities, improve brand positioning, and anticipate market trends.
• You will be responsible for team development and training: Provide training to sales force teams, develop resources for cycle meetings, and organize educational plans to align with marketing strategies.
• You will be responsible for portfolio strategy and management: Define long-term portfolio goals, create financial forecasts, and monitor execution to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Post-graduation  in sales/marketing. Graduation in science preferred
 

Minimum work experience:


4+ years overall experience /7+ yrs overall experience

  1. Understanding in skincare and around the category
  2. Understands digital ecosystem – including ecommerce
  3. Cross functional understanding on NPDs to some extend in the world of D2C( while not at depth as compared to FMCG npd stage gate approach )
  4. Understanding consumer lens and implication on brand content, comms for ecommerce.
  5. Experience in brand operations.
  6. Creative understanding – digital first brands
  7. Has an understanding on Consumer insights and analytics to some extent  

Behavioroul  skills

  1. Positive attitude to self start and build on learnings in brand marketing
  2. Can work collaboratively
  3. Looking at long term progression in the marketing career
  4. Is curious to know the KPIs for this role and shows a positive inclination to understand  expected outcome expected from her

Critical Exposures 
• Exposure to product/brand management in the pharma sector or as a freelance brand specialist
• Stint in area/regional level sales role with exposure to multiple therapy segments/products or in a Portfolio / Business Development role OR as a Marketing Analyst / Marketing Coordinator.
• Exposure to Legal, compliance and medical regulation is preferred
• Prior experience in digital marketing, hospital accounts marketing, channel marketing, manufacturing or R&D is desired.
•  Exposure to CRM and Data Visualization tools is preferred.
