You role:
- Brand Governance: Take full ownership of Nexo’s Brand Guidelines, ensuring absolute consistency across all internal departments and touchpoints.
- Audience proficiency: Conduct research and behavioural analyses to get deeper understanding of customer profiles.
- Strategic Orchestration: Lead the brand marketing operations for new product releases & marketing campaigns, ensuring they fit seamlessly into the Nexo ecosystem.
- Cross-functional Project Management: Drive the end-to-end project management process, from strategic briefing to final review, ensuring all assets are best-in-class.
- AI & Efficiency: Proactively integrate AI tools and automation into your workflow to streamline brand monitoring, task management and execution , and cross-team alignment.
- Communication Leadership: Control the direction of our messaging and advertising surfaces to reinforce Nexo’s premium global positioning.
What makes you stand out:
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, or high-level Project Management.
- Brand thinker: You are able to understand brand strategy and to apply the brand principles in daily workflows to ensure every output reflects the long-term vision.
- Tech-Savvy Native: You are a quick learner of new platforms and take pride in using a modern tech stack to stay organized and efficient.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You optimize processes, anticipate potential project risks and act accordingly to maintain seamless execution.
- Expert Communicator: The ability to translate complex product features into inspiring creative briefs and clear brand narratives.
