In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding service experience for our clients. Your fluency in Bulgarian will be a key asset in fostering positive relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bulgarian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels
• Resolve inquiries and provide support related to our products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with team members to solve complex customer issues
• Educate customers about our offerings and promote optimal usage
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve overall service quality
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about products and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and verbal
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills with careful attention to detail
• A customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
