Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Manage backlog items and support test case creation in Agile delivery using Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Coordinate scope item delivery and act as the main liaison between business and IT stakeholders
  • Model and document As-Is and To-Be business processes, applying BPMN or equivalent standards
  • Define and document system interfaces, data mappings, message formats (XML/JSON), and error handling procedures

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
  • Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Ability to elicit, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira
  • Strong process modeling skills using BPMN or equivalent standards
  • Solid understanding of system integration principles, APIs, and middleware technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong English communication skills
