Job Description

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• 日本語を話すステークホルダーと協力し、ビジネス要件を収集・分析・ドキュメント化する。
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for 開発チーム.
• 日本のビジネスユーザーとグローバルIT/プロダクトチームの間のコミュニケーションを円滑にする。
• 既存のビジネスプロセスを分析し、改善や自動化の機会を提案する。
• システム設計ディスカッション、ソリューション検証、ユーザビリティ評価に参加。
• BRD, FRD, ユーザーストーリー, ワークフロー, Use Case などのドキュメントを作成・維持。
• UAT, SITなどのテスト活動を調整・サポートし、ソリューションが期待通りであることを確認。
• プロジェクトマネージャーを支援し、計画、進捗管理、課題解決を行う。
• 導入後のサポートを提供し、ユーザーから報告された問題をトラブルシュート。
• 日本語と英語両方でワークショップ、ミーティング、プレゼンテーションに参加。

Required Skills / 必須スキル

• ネイティブレベルの日本語 (N1相当) とビジネスレベルの英語。
• 要件定義、プロセスマッピング、ドキュメント作成の強いスキル。
• SDLC, Agile手法, Business Analysisのベストプラクティスに関する知識。
• 複雑なコンセプトを日本語と英語で明確に翻訳できる能力。
• クロスファンクショナルかつ多文化チームでの経験。
• Jira, Confluence, MS Officeなどのツールに精通。
