Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our tech team and act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to ensure successful delivery of digital products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement activities
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and user needs
• Assist during testing and UAT to validate delivered functionality
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes
• Maintain clear and well-structured documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or digital environment

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel (SQL or BI tools are a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, system integrations)
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
