Business Analyst - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Are you an IT business-oriented person? Would you like to take on challenges and work independently with business stakeholders analyzing and clarifying real business needs, requirements and business goals?

Tietoevry is looking for you and need your knowledge, ambition and desire.

Responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating business processes, eliciting requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
• Defining business requirements and reporting their status back to stakeholders
• Conducting meetings and presentations
• Documenting and communicating the results of your work
• Serving as a liaison between business and IT
• Ensuring IT solutions meet business needs and requirements

Requirements:

• A higher education degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably in the financial industry
• Proven track record of working with complex systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results
• Strong adaptability and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
• Business Analysis Certification would be a significant advantage
