Business Controller

For a leading global chemical company, supplying the materials and substances to a wide range of industries: Business Controller

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, identify operational trends and provide insights to optimize business performance
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with operational objectives
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Support operational leaders in decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations
• Coordinate and foster compliance with relevant internal control processes

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is a graduate of Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 8 years of Experience in Controlling, Finance or a similar role, preferably in multinational companies
• Good financial analysis skills plus the ability to understand and support operational objectives are required in order to translate complex data into actionable insights
• An excellent knowledge of Greek and English language are required
