Business Development Assistant

• Manage administration associated with our APAC region. To include diary management, event, travel planning and complex schedules.
• Effective and proactive relationship management with a variety of groups such as venders, customers, and employees.
• Manage the Sales pipeline effectively using data analytical and relevant industry knowledge. Giving insight on opportunities for development.
• Use Microsoft tools to create content that enables strong business development relationships including financial analysis, presentations, and market research documents.
• Manage a governance framework on all documentation to ensure successful document management is applied.

Qualifications

• Deep experience or qualifications in business studies, administration or management and applied in the Fund Administration working environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and creating high quality content.
• Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy
• Good organization and prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
• Proficient English, Cantonese or Mandarin is a must.
