Business Development Intern, D2C

We're looking for a Business Development Intern to provide exceptional, analytical customer support for our major clients. This role requires a proactive approach to optimizing support flows, adapting to platform policy changes, and delivering data-driven insights to enhance our customer support strategy.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, creative, and analytical customer support for e-commerce projects — going beyond copy-paste templates to deliver real consulting-level assistance.
• Design and execute flexible customer operations tailored to diverse product categories and customer wants.
• Proactively respond to frequent changes in platform policies and optimize support flows accordingly through self-driven analysis.
• Collect and report relevant information such as product details, competitor CS strategies, and platform operational updates to help improve support strategy.
• Follow up with the team to obtain comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO for KOL, clients etc.)
• Support other tasks assign by line manager

Who You Are

• A recognized University Degree
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills in customer interaction scenarios.
• Ability to proactively gather and synthesize information and design optimal customer support operations.
• Native-level Vietnamese and business-level English communication skills
• Self-driven attitude with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations (including internships or part-time roles)
• Experience in creating manuals, improving FAQs, or driving operational improvements
• Market research or customer insight analysis experience
• Interest in the Japanese market or national brand operations
