Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in business development or sales roles, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing sector.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
