Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new business opportunities (promote and sell Unlimit Accounts (IBAN)) among SMEs and large enterprises in tech, startups, VC-backed firms, investment companies, e-commerce businesses, etc.Establish and maintain relationships with new business partners and potential clients.Leverage candidates’ existing networks to build a strong pipeline for IBAN onboarding.Analyze client businesses to quickly understand their monetization models and risk profiles for successful onboarding.Guide clients through the onboarding process, including documentation requirements for Cyprus, the UK, the EU, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other jurisdictions.Ensure full compliance with KYC/KYB standards and stay updated on local regulatory requirements.Collaborate with compliance/AML and operations teams to facilitate smooth account openings and ongoing client relationship management.Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or Business Development Manager in the banking, acquiring, payments, or corporate services sector.In-depth understanding of corporate structures and related documentation in Cyprus, the UK, the EU, Hong Kong, and Singapore.Strong working knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML procedures, and business risk assessment.Ability to assess a company’s business model and revenue strategy.Established connections within the SME, startup, and VC ecosystems across Cyprus, EMEA, and the EU.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage (Greek and Russian are a plus).
