BJAK is presently the largest online channel for insurance. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who will own our insurer partnerships and drive high-impact projects that shape the business further. This is a high-trust, high-intensity role for someone who thrives under pressure, moves fast without losing precision, and takes full ownership of turning opportunities into tangible results.

Develop, manage, and deepen relationships with key insurer partners.
Lead the end-to-end process of pitching, negotiating, and executing high-impact projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, programs, and partnership solutions.
Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, identify trends, and drive competitive advantage.
Track partnership performance, monitor KPIs, and generate insights to improve outcomes.
Represent BJAK at meetings, events, and forums - ensuring our vision and values are clearly communicated.
Anticipate partner needs and proactively solve problems to maximize impact.

What You Bring
3–5 years in business development, account management, or partnership management—experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
Proven track record in securing and growing high-value partnerships.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
An analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Based in Malaysia and able to work on-site at our HQ in Petaling Jaya as required.
