YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You contribute to the Digital Rent transformation project by collaborating with product and operations teams to define an enhanced customer journey—delivering a seamless rental experience that lets customers bypass the counter and save valuable time
• You drive the evolution of service and operational processes at our branches, working closely with operations teams to ensure alignment with the digital rental experience we are building
• You manage dedicated workstreams, driving progress in close collaboration with product teams at HQ and operations teams in our corporate countries
• You foster alignment with stakeholders across headquarters and operations organizations in our corporate markets, actively engaging in change management initiatives

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring experience in project management and corporate development
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong product intuition and customer empathy, enabling you to uncover motivations, identify gaps in the customer journey, and craft solutions that consistently delight
• Analytical Skills You have experience in digitally transforming service organizations, with a strong understanding of operational processes, solid business acumen, analytical strength, and the ability to interpret performance metrics
