IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Business Development Manager – Specialties at Envalior, you will contribute to the specialties product line’s market development strategy in Europe, ensuring that our approach aligns with strategic objectives. You will actively identify market needs to develop new applications, value propositions, and business opportunities, driving growth and innovation. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods and technologies to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Introduce, develop, and commercialize new applications and technologies at customers.
• Gather market feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Act as an expert on the European market, providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Acquire new customers to expand business reach.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Material science or technical background with 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Engineering, Material Science, or related technical field
• Full proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel across Europe

• Strong communication skills and confident, persuasive presence
• Ability to assess technical feasibility combined with commercial understanding
• High endurance and resilience; entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong networking skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
