Location: Remote (Saudi Arabia-based or regular travel to Saudi Arabia preferred)

Compensation: up to $2,500 USD/month base + generous commission structure

We are a growing travel agency based in Saudi Arabia, specializing in booking hotels and flights globally for corporate clients, groups, and leisure travelers. We pride ourselves on flexibility, competitive pricing, and deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market while serving clients worldwide.
The Role
We're seeking a senior-level sales professional to build and scale our B2B sales operations from the ground up. This is not a traditional sales role—it's a strategic, entrepreneurial position for someone who can develop market strategies, identify opportunities, generate leads, and close high-value corporate accounts.
Revenue Target: $6 million USD annually
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting corporate clients in Saudi Arabia and beyond
- Build and manage your own lead pipeline through networking, outreach, and relationship building
- Identify and close high-value corporate accounts (target: 2-3 major corporate clients to meet revenue goals)
- Leverage existing networks and connections in Saudi Arabia/Middle East to generate business
- Travel to Saudi Arabia regularly (if not based there) to meet clients and build relationships
- Structure proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in travel/tourism, hospitality, or related industries
- Strong existing network and connections in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
- Proven track record of generating $5M+ in annual revenue
- Self-starter with ability to build sales systems and processes from scratch
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus but not required)
- Comfortable working independently as a consultant/contractor
Ideal Candidate:
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia OR able to travel there regularly
- Deep understanding of Middle Eastern business culture and relationship-driven sales
- Experience selling travel packages, corporate travel services, or B2B tourism solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking skills
This role requires someone who understands that business in the Middle East is relationship-driven. Cold outreach alone won't work—you need to have or be able to build genuine connections with decision-makers in the region.
