A fast-growing agency specializing in Web Development, PR, and Marketing solutions for the Finance and FinTech sectors is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to support its global business development team.

This is ideal for someone confident in reaching out to prospect, and closing deals. You'll work with worldwide leads, handling outreach, booking meetings, building long term relations with clients and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to global leads provided by the company,
  • Initiate contact, build rapport, and book qualified sales calls,
  • Follow up on all leads consistently to drive conversions and meet monthly targets,
  • Present service offerings in a clear, consultative way that addresses client needs,
  • Manage all lead and pipeline activity using a CRM system,
  • Provide weekly feedback and reporting to the business development lead,
  • Handle objections with professionalism and confidence,
  • Maintain high responsiveness, professionalism, and cross-time-zone flexibility,
  • Build long term relations with customers,
  • Attending international Finance, Trading and FinTech expos,
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Team.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or telesales, preferably in marketing, tech, or agency settings,
  • Comfortable engaging with international clients, especially in finance, trading, ortech-related sectors,
  • Proven experience booking meetings or closing deals from warm or cold leads,
  • Familiar with using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and outreach workflows,
  • Highly self-motivated, responsive, and performance-oriented,
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones (EU, APAC, or global coverage).
