Loll Designs is seeking an experienced, sales–driven individual to serve as a Midwest Business Development Representative in the Contract Sales Division. This role will be the face of Loll Contract in 4 Midwestern states, playing a crucial role in driving brand awareness and maintaining a strong position within the contract channel. The market focus includes, but is not limited to: Interior Design, Landscape Design, Hospitality, Corporate, Education, Multi-Family, and Health Care verticals, as well as Dealerships, Purchasing Agents, and Developers. The position is based in Nashville or Charlotte and covers key revenue-generating regions, Tennessee (TN), North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC).
This role requires flexibility, a willingness to travel, and established relationships in the contract furniture industry.

Summary Description
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key specifiers, dealers, and end-users in the market.
Market Presence: Present to design firms, landscape architects, dealerships, and end users.
Brand Awareness: Drive brand awareness across the Midwest.
Positioning: Understand and be aware of all opportunities within the market to ensure Loll is positioned appropriately.
Specification Management: Drive and maintain Loll specification throughout the design and purchasing process.
Lead Response: Respond to and vet leads to uncover project opportunities and increase outdoor furniture spend.
Event Coordination: Work with partners to create “Loll Experiences” through events and learning opportunities.
Market Feedback: Listen to the market and provide Loll HQ with feedback on product development, design, and insights into what is working.
Sales and Marketing Liaison: Ensure contract collateral, presentations, new product introductions, and resources are up to date and reflect market needs.
Project Coordination: Liaise between sales, production, and leadership to ensure project deliverables are met.
Process Improvement: Work closely with contract sales support to continuously improve processes and communication between cross-functional teams and partners.
Sample Management: Manage all regional sample furniture to drive awareness and opportunity.
Trade Shows and Meetings: Attend trade shows and annual sales meetings.
Travel: Travel within the region as needed to drive business and brand awareness.
Education, Experience and Skills
Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly within the contract furniture industry.
Location: Based in Minneapolis, with the ability to cover MN, OH ND and SD.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
Relationships: Established relationships in the contract furniture world.
Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
This position will primarily work from a home office and require 40% travel. While performing these duties the individual is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use a computer, type and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
