  • This job is night shift supporting our NYC office
  • This Job is a hybrid. In-office is required 3 days per week. Note: You will be on-site 5 days until you complete your training period and achieve your KPIs. Then hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote in our Armstrong Corporate Center – Makati

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities with our corporate, consulting, and investment clients. You’ll collaborate closely with senior sales and operations leaders to identify opportunities and build long-term relationships that drive Capvision’s continued expansion in the Americas and abroad. This is a great opportunity for sales professionals interested in B2B sales, market research, and client engagement who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage new and existing clients.
  • Confidently deliver Capvision’s value proposition — explaining how expert network services (consultations, surveys, and research) create business impact.
  • Support and collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to draft and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and client bids.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on project fit, budget, and scope.
  • Schedule and manage regular touchpoints with prospects to maintain engagement and identify new project opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with internal teams to convert qualified leads into active projects.
  • Conduct post-project follow-up calls to gather feedback and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Business, Economics, or related field preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or B2B client outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Confident, articulate, and professional — able to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator) a plus.
  • Interest in market research, consulting, or investment industries preferred.
