Business Operations Intern (6 months)

We are looking for 2 Business Operations Interns to join our Business Operation team to support our team member and achieve goals together.

What you will do:

• Prepare loan contracts and support disbursement documentation.
• Work with partner banks on account opening, disbursement, and payment processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to handle arising issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor upcoming payment due dates, remind customers, and support repayment follow-up.
• Track post-approval conditions and ensure all requirements are fulfilled on time.
• Other adhoc tasked as assigned.

Requirements

What you will need:

• Final year/under graduated/post graduated from University in Banking/ Fintech
• Able to intern full time for 6 months, Mon-Fri (9 am - 6 pm) at The Sarus Building, 67 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ben Thanh Ward, D1, HCMC
• A team player with dedication
• Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Able to use English, Communication skills
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Flexibility to support other operational teams when required

This internship comes with a monthly allowance of VND 4,500,000 gross.
