Business Systems Analyst

• The selected candidate will assist with the systems analysis for the software implementation of the Daily Operations System and Bid System for Bus, Heavy Rail, and Light Rail transportation districts at the MBTA.

• The implementation involves systems analysis, high-level architecture, software testing, software quality assurance, training, and support of end users of the systems.

• The candidate must be comfortable with SDLC and the Agile methodology, be proficient writing detailed Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents, be proficient with SQL, have experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration, be proficient with Microsoft Visio, Excel, and Project.

• They will also assist in implementing and supporting future WOMP related systems, as appropriate.
