Job Summary

The Accelerator is seeking a motivated C# developer to design and build forward-thinking software solutions that modernize and transform the business. You’ll work on a variety of innovation projects, often involving emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI). Collaboration with product owners, architects, and domain experts is key to turning ideas into scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Software Development:
    Design, build, and maintain high-quality C#/.NET applications for innovation projects. Develop new features, improve existing components, and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • AI-Driven Solution Engineering:
    Work with emerging AI technologies (LLMs, computer vision, intelligent automation) to create smart, data-driven prototypes and applications, including AI agents and GenAI solutions. Integrate AI capabilities into workflows and explore new technologies for added value.
  • Architecture & Technical Design:
    Contribute to solution architecture discussions, evaluate technology choices, and help define modern patterns and best practices. Ensure prototypes are technically sound and scalable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with product owners, business experts, data specialists, business analysts, and other developers to convert business challenges into digital concepts. Participate in workshops, co-creation sessions, and technical reviews to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong proficiency in .NET C#
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
  • Knowledge of Azure and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) is a plus
  • Experience with Blazor frontend framework is a plus
  • Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and clean code practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps workflows
