Campaign management & execution
Lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns, translating high-level briefs into detailed tactical plans across paid media (e.g., Meta, Google) and owned channels (e.g., Push, WA, Email).
Manage the Campaign Budget and timeline, ensuring funds are tracked accurately and campaigns pace correctly to maximize impression and conversion opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external merchant partners during co-marketing campaign launches, coordinating asset exchange, approvals, and measurement tracking.
Optimization & Analysis
Monitor real-time campaign performance dashboards to identify immediate optimization opportunities and mitigate underperformance risk.
Deliver weekly performance reports and deep-dive analyses to Manager, detailing key insights, operational blockers, and actionable recommendations for future strategy.
Asset & Compliance Oversight
Manage the internal creative workflow, ensuring all required assets are delivered on time, approved by stakeholders, and correctly sized/formatted for specific channels.
Ensure all campaign messaging and offers are compliant with financial services regulations and internal risk policies before launch.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on end-to-end campaign management and performance optimization.
Industry Focus (Highly Preferred): Proven track record of campaign success within a Fintech, Paylater, E-commerce, or Financial Services environment, demonstrating an understanding of regulated products.
High proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, or a similar web/product analytics platform.
Hands-on experience with a CRM or Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Moengage) for segmentation, email/push/SMS campaign setup, and journey mapping.
Expert-level understanding of campaign tracking setup, including UTM parameters, conversion pixels, and mobile attribution models (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
A proactive, self-starter mentality, comfortable working with high operational autonomy and quickly troubleshooting live campaign issues.
