Job Description The Recruiter is responsible for attracting talent to the organization. This role includes making outbound recruiting calls, sourcing candidates across various job boards and platforms, conducting phone interviews, scheduling appointments, and supporting the Staffing Coordinator during the hiring process for candidates in the recruitment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound recruiting calls to source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent. Handle inbound calls related to job opportunities and successfully convert them into interviews or appointments. Interview, assess, and administer tests to candidates. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events. Maintain up-to-date records in the company’s internal system. Ensure caregiver personnel files are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
Skills and Qualifications
Telemarketing experience (preferred). Experience in staffing and recruiting. Experience in healthcare recruitment or administration (plus). Competitive, results-driven mindset. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high energy. Exceptional phone communication abilities. Strong inside sales skills. Ability to motivate candidates and convert inbound inquiries into scheduled interviews. Basic knowledge of medical terminology (plus). Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), aligned with role expectations. Basic office, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. High school diploma (required). Experience in direct care, caregiving, or holding a CNA/PCA certification is a plus.
Profile Summary
1 year of recruitment experience is ideal (more is a plus). Experience recruiting in the caregiving industry is a plus. Advanced English is essential. Must be fully available to work 100% on-site at Solvo Global. Must have full availability and no schedule conflicts.
