Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Position Type: 1099 Contract
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) to provide high-quality in-home care to patients in the Albuquerque area. This role focuses on supporting patients with activities of daily living and personal care services, delivered in accordance with a physician-established plan of care.
Care will be provided in the patient’s residence, requiring professionalism, empathy, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the care team.
Schedule Requirements:
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Total weekly hours: Approximately 60 hours
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and basic care needs
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home setting
Observe and report changes in patient condition in accordance with care protocols
Follow physician-directed care plans and organizational standards
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times
Qualifications:
Active CNA or MA certification
Experience providing in-home or patient-centered care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient residences
Ability to pass a background check
Additional Information:
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity
Offers of engagement are contingent upon successful completion of a background check
