Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PM Shift

What You’ll Do:

At our Skilled Nursing center, CNAs play a big role in helping our “residents” feel safe, supported, and on track with their psychological and physical rehab and recovery goals. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that truly cares and works together every day.  

In this role, you will:

• Support Guests with daily care and encourage healthy routines
• Help create a calm, positive, and respectful environment
• Work alongside nurses, therapists, and coordinators as part of a strong care team
• Be a steady, friendly presence residents can count on

Qualifications

What we need from you:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in IL
• Prior experience in skilled nursing facility or intermediate care facility is ideal, but newly certified grads are welcome
• Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care) is helpful

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT.  We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.

About the Company

• Start Date:  ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon
• Pay Rate:  $17.75 - $24.25/hr plus benefits 
• Shift: PMs, 8 hour shifts
• Schedule:  PMs (3pm-11pm), with an every other weekend rotation
