Why we are hiring a CFO
This is a details-first CFO role with boardroom presence.We are looking for a CFO whose authority comes from precision, rigor, and an obsessive command of financial reality, not from storytelling or optics. This is a hands-on role for a finance leader who influences strategy by getting the fundamentals exactly right.You will be a true business partner to the CEO, CRO, CTO, and executive team, grounding ambition in financial correctness and surfacing risks early, before they become problems.
What you will own
Accounting, revenue recognition, tax posture, cash forecasting, controls, compliance, and riskEnd-to-end finance operations: FP&A, budgeting, reporting, accounting, and legal / risk oversightCash flow discipline and forecasting accuracy across bookings, revenue, and cash conversionRevenue recognition, commissions, hiring plans, and multi-entity structures, ensuring we never “grow ourselves into a problem”The financial narrative with the Board and investors, bringing clarity, rigor, and credibilityActing as an early-warning system for the CEO, surfacing signals, not surprises
