Requirements

The Part-Time Brand Expert will represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand in a retail environment, driving business through excellent service and artistry. Ideal candidates will have cosmetics retail experience, preferably within Sephora and Ulta Beauty. Key responsibilities include:

• Sales:
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to store success.
• Educating customers about products and demonstrating makeup techniques.
• Support in-store events and occasionally host self-led events in-store.
• Customer Service:
• Providing outstanding customer experiences in alignment with the Tilbury Touch.
• Building relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
• Teamwork:
• Collaborating with team members to foster a positive and creative work atmosphere.
• Operations:
• Ensuring the counter is organized and consistently ready for customers.
• Maintaining product hygiene and display standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Reporting any visual merchandising issues to leadership.
