Your impact:
We are looking for a Chatbot Developer to join our Professional Services Team and help build next-generation conversational AI solutions. You will play a key role in developing, integrating, and maintaining chatbot systems that deliver engaging and intelligent interactions for enterprise clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies including Python, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) within a collaborative environment that values innovation and quality engineering.
Your core responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain chatbot back-end services and integration components.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and webhooks for third-party integrations.
- Work closely with product, NLP, and front-end teams to enable seamless conversational experiences.
- Deploy and monitor chatbot solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Support localization and multi-language chatbot flows (primarily Thai and English).
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of chatbot platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and system improvement initiatives.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in software development, ideally with a focus on chatbots, conversational AI, or NLP-based systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhook integrations, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Must be native in Thai and acceptable in English
