The Role

Crown Sydney features a private restaurant exclusively for our casino members, offering a unique and refined dining experience. We are looking for a skilled full-time Chef de Partie to contribute to this exceptional venue. This role provides the opportunity to work with premium ingredients, collaborate with talented chefs, and deliver high-quality dishes in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Capability to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals
• Assist Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, ensuring the maintenance of high and consistent food standards
• Collaborate in achieving daily financial targets.
• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.

About You

• Asian cuisine + WOK experience highly regarded
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments.
