The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic pop‑up venue team. This unique concept features rotating celebrity chefs every few months, offering an ever‑changing culinary experience and the chance to work alongside some of the industry’s most innovative talent.

 As a leader, you’ll champion Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence—Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care—by embedding these principles into every interaction and inspiring your team to do the same.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Support the management team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen - ensuring Crown's five-star service standards are upheld
  • Assist in implementing outlet business plans with an understanding around financials such as labour costs & cogs
  • Provide guidance and role-model behaviours to support the team through training, coaching and development 

About you

You’ll bring the following:

  • Previous management experience in a similar commercial kitchen environment - ideally within a high volume a la carte restaurant
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership in handling responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain high and consistent standards with a good understanding of HACCP
  • Availability to work Full Time across a 7-day rotating roster - including weekends, public holidays and nights
