Chef de Partie (Season 2026)

As a Chef de Partie, you will bring your passion for culinary excellence to the heart of our kitchens, preparing and executing dishes with precision, creativity, and care. You will ensure that every plate reflects the quality, attention to detail, and standards that defines the Luxury Collection dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients, execute daily food preparation, and maintain mise en place for your assigned station
- Cook dishes according to recipes, brand standards, and plating guidelines, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation excellence
- Organize, stock, and manage your kitchen section efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe workstation throughout the shift
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of culinary excellence and teamwork
- Enforce strict hygiene, health, and food safety standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and equipment
- Monitor inventory, manage deliveries, take temperatures, control portion sizes, and minimize waste without compromising quality
- Adapt to specialized sections as required, such as Grill, Saucier, or Garde Manger, delivering precision and expertise in each area
- Cater to complex dietary needs and special guest requests, ensuring a memorable, safe, and high-quality dining experience
- Collaborate closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth operations and maintain the resort’s high culinary standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar mid-level role in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end resort kitchen
- Formal qualification in Culinary Arts from a recognized institute or vocational school certificate
- Strong command of English language
- Demonstrated expertise in cooking techniques, advanced culinary methods, ingredient knowledge, and meticulous plating
- Passion for food, attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop junior chefs
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, adapt to a dynamic kitchen, and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Knowledge of allergens, dietary requirements, and the ability to cater to special guest requests
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in a high-profile, fast-paced environment
- Thorough understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP awareness preferred)
