Chef

Monday to Friday City of London Pub (No weekends, No bank holidays!) 

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Cook/Chef to run our small pub kitchen. This is a one-person kitchen, perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and wants a role with lots of flexibility. 

Our kitchen currently operates at a modest pace, so this is an ideal job for someone who prefers a calm environment rather than a high-pressure service. 

What We Offer:

Role Responsibilities: 

• Preparing and cooking our simple menu 

• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly 

• Managing stock and basic food ordering 

• Ensuring food safety standards are met 

• Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a great customer experience 

We’re Looking For: 

• Someone with kitchen experience (pub/restaurant preferred but not essential) 

• A self-motivated person who can work independently 

• Good time-management and a positive attitude 

• Someone reliable, friendly, and team-minded
