We are looking an experienced COO to join the team!
Responsibilities:
Full operational and / or executive leadership of the product;
Work closely with stakeholders and the tech/product team to define the roadmap, brand vision, and market entry strategy;
Hire and oversee a lean operational team;
Build scalable processes for daily operations, risk management, and player lifecycle;
Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance in targeted markets;
Oversee the P&L and work toward achieving key KPIs post-launch (GGR, player retention, LTV, etc.);
Act as the main strategic voice for the project in collaboration with the investor group.
Requirements
- Proven experience in launching or scaling an online projects (B2C);
- Solid understanding of the operational stack: platform technologies, content aggregation, KYC/AML, payments, bonus engines, etc.;
- Strong leadership and project management skills; hands-on and execution-oriented mindset;
- Experience with licensing and compliance;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment;
- Fluent Russian or Ukrainian;
- Proficient in English (Intermediate+).
