Civil Engineer (Production Support) | Permanent WFH

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong technical expertise to join our team in a Production Support role. This position focuses on grading, quantifying, comparing surfaces, and producing accurate drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for civil engineering projects, including grading, surface modeling, and quantity take-offs
• Draft and prepare civil drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Analyze and compare surfaces for accuracy and design intent
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality project outputs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering drafting and production support
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (required)
• Strong background in grading, surface modeling, and quantity analysis
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Amenable to work remotely during U.S. business working hours

Work-from-home requirement:

• Device: Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
• Memory & Storage: At least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space
• Internet: Wired connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot or prepaid Wi-Fi)
• Work Environment: Quiet, well-lit space with minimal background noise
