What You’ll Do
· Own monthly client billing across agency fees, production costs, and media (where applicable), as well as revenue recognition, reconciliations, including accruals and deferrals for assigned clients
· Maintain and manage revenue forecasts, pipelines, and budgets, and lead monthly forecast reviews with agency leadership
· Serve as a trusted partner to client teams with a strong understanding of client P&Ls and overall financial health
· Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and engagement model
· Review contracts and billing terms for accuracy, compliance, and optimization, making recommendations when needed
· Monitor receivables and collaborate with Client Experience and clients to resolve outstanding balances
· Provide timely, insightful financial support to Client Experience teams, including detailed job-level insights
· Prepare reporting to help leadership understand project performance and historical trends
· Assist with annual audits, ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, and audit-ready
· Leverage financial systems and other tools to identify efficiencies, build reports, and support Brand Leaders
· Ensure contracts and SOWs are accurately reflected in job setup, service periods, and fee allocations
· Maintain organized, compliant client folders and financial documentation

Experience & Skills
· Strong experience with financial/accounting systems and Excel-based reporting
· Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
· Clear, confident communication skills and comfort partnering with non-finance stakeholders
· Solid understanding of job-based accounting, client billing, and ASC 606
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
· 3–4 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or professional services agency
