Client Service Associate
Overview
Our client is a language services firm specializing in supporting the due diligence and market research industries. Founded in 2014, they serve expert networks, investment firms, consulting firms, and market research firms.
Operating as a remote-first company with staff across multiple countries, each team member aligns with one of three key time zones: APAC, EMEA, or the Americas.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company that values ambitious, efficient professionals and actively promotes from within.
As a Client Service Associate on the Interpretation team, you will act as a project manager, ensuring that clients’ interpretation and market research needs are met with precision and efficiency.
Your role centers on three key areas:
- Project management

- Recruitment of specialized language professionals
You will manage multiple projects daily—ranging from same-day interpretation calls to multi-week field projects—and ensure that quality, speed, and profitability targets are met.
Note: This role manages interpretation projects — it does not involve performing interpretation work directly.
