Client Services Partner
As a Client Services Partner, you’ll be at the heart of campaign success across all PubMatic products. You’ll own the post-sale journey end to end - bringing deals to life, ensuring smooth activation and delivery, and building strong partnerships that drive long-term growth.
You’ll work closely with agencies and brands to optimise PMPs and Activate spend, using data-driven insights to improve performance, exceed expectations and unlock incremental revenue. Acting as a trusted expert on the PubMatic platform, you’ll deliver outstanding service while helping clients get the most from their programmatic strategies.
This role is perfect for someone with strong programmatic expertise and hands-on DSP trading experience who enjoys turning data into action, solving complex challenges and making a real impact on client success and revenue growth.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Own the client journey: Lead campaigns from post-sale through optimisation and renewal, delivering standout results and long-term partnerships.
- Power campaign performance: Launch, monitor, troubleshoot and optimise campaigns, with smart pacing and proactive strategies that exceed KPIs and unlock new revenue.
- Be a trusted advisor: Share clear performance insights through reports, QBRs and recommendations, and build strong relationships with agencies, traders and clients.
- Master DSP trading: Get hands-on with platforms like DV360, TTD and Amazon DSP, guiding best practices, testing new approaches and optimising audiences and bidding.
- Collaborate to win: Partner with Sales, Strategy, Trading and Deal Desk teams to support proposals, SPO initiatives and seamless execution.
- Improve how we work: Keep client and account documentation up to date, solve technical challenges and help shape smarter, more efficient processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 + years in AdTech: Experience in programmatic trading, client services, account management, sales or business development.
- Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- DSP expertise: Hands-on experience with platforms like DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP or similar (essential).
- Programmatic know-how: Solid understanding of buying and selling models, pricing, optimisation techniques and audience strategies.
- Data confidence: Advanced Excel skills and the ability to clearly communicate performance results.
- Bonus skills: Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau or PowerBI, plus strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of another European language is a plus
