Mō te tūranga | About the opportunity
Bethlehem Shores is a well-established, and premium, community Tauranga known for its luxurious independent living options – and we have been busy developing an adjoining, purpose-built care centre with Living Well Apartments and Care Suites. Now, we need to build a passionate and committed team to support the care centre, and its new residents, who will start moving in from March 2026.
We are looking for a full-time Clinical Coordinator, to support the Clinical Manager in ensuring ongoing clinical excellence and a standard of care that reflects a person-centered holistic culture and fully incorporates Arvida’s Attitude of Living Well. This includes supporting the development of self-led wellness and care teams within households that are resident-led and reflect the Arvida values.

This includes leading, supervising and guiding other members of the team and ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored. You will also provide a responsive service by communicating with residents and family and participating in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, including a mix of on-floor and off-floor duties while the community grows, and an anticipated start date of February 2026.
