Oula is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to lead the daily execution and long-term health of our maternity practice. This is a frontline leadership role designed for an individual who thrives on complete operational ownership. You are the primary steward of the clinic’s success. While you have the full support of Oula’s leadership team, you are expected to navigate the daily complexities of a fast-growing practice with high autonomy. From coaching your team through emotional patient interactions to diagnosing workflow bottlenecks, you are the person who ensures the clinic runs like a well-oiled machine.
