What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality care tailored to each client’s needs, combining clinical Pilates techniques with physiotherapy treatment plansEngage with local referral sources to foster relationships that will help you build and expand your caseloadIntroduce and grow the Clinical Pilates practice, educating clients on its benefits for recovery and wellnessParticipate in ongoing mentorship, clinical workshops, and continuous education to further your expertise in Clinical PilatesCollaborate with Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to ensure you have the support and resources necessary for your professional growth.

About You
Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with your affiliated collegeExperience with or interest in Clinical Pilates and a commitment to completing rehab-based Reformer Pilates courses/certification (if not already completed)A passion for delivering client-centered care, with an emphasis on rehabilitation and educationProactive in building a caseload and cultivating relationships with clients and local referral sourcesA team player who values mentorship, feedback, and collaborationEager to continue learning and developing new clinical skills, especially in the Pilates space
