What We Need:
The Clinical Program Specialist- RN/LPN will report directly to the Director, Clinical Programs. The Clinical Program Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of clinical programs. This role supports program operations and provides recommendations for improvement. The Clinical Program Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that clinical programs align with organizational goals and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
What You Will Do:
- Execute patient contacts via multiple modalities to educate patients on DME devices and supplies while encouraging patient compliance.
- Assist the Clinical Program Leadership in the execution and implementation of clinical programs.
- Maintain and update program documentation.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives by identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and program updates for stakeholders.
- Support data collection and evaluation for program effectiveness and regulatory submissions.
What You Have:

- Licensed nursing professional (LPN or RN) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred.
- Up to 3 years of experience in utilization management, healthcare administration, DMEPOS, or medical device environment, preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across various teams.
- Demonstrate adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care, with the ability to engage empathetically and compassionately in all interactions.
