In this role, you will significantly impact how organizations leverage technology through secure cloud migrations, automated DevOps pipelines, and proactive IT support. You will act as a multidisciplinary technologist combining cloud architecture and DevOps engineering to drive high-impact initiatives within client infrastructure. Your work will empower teams to move faster and operate smarter, ultimately enhancing business outcomes and scalability.

Accountabilities

Plan and lead secure, high-performance cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Architect scalable environments aligned with compliance, security, and cost-efficiency goals

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and infrastructure-as-code systems

Champion automation from deployment workflows to system health monitoring

Provide hands-on, expert-level support across networking, endpoint management, security, and SaaS ecosystems

Resolve client issues efficiently, with a customer-first mindset and proactive solutions

Identify bottlenecks in internal or client operations, then design and implement automation to streamline them

Integrate systems and tools using APIs, scripts, and low-code platforms

Collaborate with go-to-market teams to provide technical insight, solution scoping, and demo support

Translate technical concepts into business value for both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

3-6+ years in roles involving cloud engineering, DevOps, or MSP technical operations

Hands-on experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Proficiency in DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker/Kubernetes)

Experience with IT service platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, Autotask, Atera, N-able)

Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, Make) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
