Nunnas is a tech platform on a mission to transform the nursing landscape. We connect highly skilled Mexican nurses with exciting career opportunities in the US. By streamlining the immigration and employment process, we address the critical nursing shortage in the states while empowering Mexican nurses with career advancement. We're at the forefront of cross-border healthcare exchange, poised to significantly improve accessibility and quality of care.

We're searching for a driven and dynamic potential co-founder based between Mexico and the US to lead our Go to Market / Product efforts. You'll be the architect of our success, building a robust network of healthcare facilities eager to welcome our talented nurses.

What You'll Do:

• Craft and execute a comprehensive supply generation strategy, to exceed nurse nurse adoption targets
• Build strong relationships with healthcare institutions across the US
• Develop a deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape and its staffing needs
• Be a vocal advocate for Nunnas, raising awareness and building brand reputation

What we are looking for:

• +4 years of work experience with a proven track record in scaling startups and Product
• Experience building and leading teams from scratch
• Hunger to be an entrepreneur and have a founder's mindset – bold, proactive, and hands-on
• Lifelong learner: Open to feedback, embrace change, and have a hunger to continuously evolve
• Structured thinking process to solve big challenges 
• Long-term commitment to build and scale a startup in Latam
• Stellar communication in English and Spanish
• International MBA

A plus if you have: 

• Real experience as founder/co-founder of your own digital company
• MBA
