About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager / Sales Manager to lead the sale of technology hardware solutions to new and existing customers. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored hardware solutions that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, experience selling technology hardware, and a proven ability to manage the full sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with key clientsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generationSell technology hardware solutions (e.g., servers, networking equipment, end-user devices, peripherals, or related infrastructure) to SMB and enterprise customersUnderstand customer requirements and recommend appropriate hardware solutions aligned with their business needsPrepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrationsManage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and post-sale supportMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goalsCollaborate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely deliveryMaintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM recordsStay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging hardware technologies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in technology hardwareProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of technology hardware products and solutionsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
