Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven professional to join the Spain team as Commercial Strategy & RevOps Manager. This role blends Commercial Excellence and Operations Planning, supporting the Country Manager for Spain and the local leadership team with planning routines, performance visibility, and structured follow-through on cross-functional initiatives.

The position supports Spain’s planning cadences, helps maintain forecasting and target-tracking discipline, and coordinates key projects that improve commercial and operational execution across channels. Beyond planning, this role helps ensure cross-functional initiatives required for channel maturity are delivered with quality and speed, acting as a connector between Spain teams and central stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Spain planning and performance routines (weekly/monthly), consolidating inputs and maintaining visibility on key KPIs.

  • Prepare performance reporting materials and summaries, helping explain key drivers, variances, and trends.

  • Maintain tracking dashboards and action logs to ensure priorities are followed through.

  • Support target-setting and reforecasting cycles by collecting inputs, maintaining templates, checking data quality, and documenting assumptions.

  • Monitor Spain forecast accuracy and highlight risks/opportunities to Sales and Operations leaders.

  • Coordinate execution of key Spain transformation initiatives (project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies), ensuring progress is visible and actions are closed.

  • Organize project cadences, decision logs, and stakeholder updates to keep initiatives on track.

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product stakeholders to support channel readiness and operational maturity.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements to productivity, sales performance, and planning reliability.

  • Act as a bridge between central teams and Spain operations to ensure strategy-to-execution alignment locally.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Operations Planning, Commercial Excellence, Business Operations, RevOps, or similar (typically 2–5 years).

  • Exposure to performance routines, planning cycles, reporting, or project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally (Sales/Operations/Product), with the ability to manage stakeholders and follow-ups.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high proficiency in Excel (BI tools a plus).

  • Clear communication and presentation skills; able to synthesize data into decisions and actions.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.

  • Strong ownership mindset with a practical, execution-focused approach.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.

Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work. We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all.

If you require any reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process whether for interviews, assessments, or other parts of the application—we encourage you to let us know. We are committed to ensuring that every candidate has a fair and accessible experience with us.
