About the Role
As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for executing Highspot’s earned media, organic social, and executive communications programs as a core member of the Corporate Marketing team. Reporting into Corporate Marketing leadership, you will help translate Highspot’s AI-powered GTM narrative into consistent, high-impact market visibility.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will own day-to-day communications execution while partnering closely with Demand, Product Marketing, Web, ABM, Enablement, and agency partners to ensure Highspot’s story shows up clearly, credibly, and consistently across modern buyer and LLM-driven discovery channels.
You’ll play a critical role in strengthening Highspot’s brand voice, increasing share of voice, elevating executive visibility, and turning earned and social momentum into measurable influence and buyer intent.
What You'll Do
Your Background
Base salary range: $97,000 - $145,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
