Our client, a well-established, locally respected business focused on the maintenance, repair, and sale of pneumatic equipment and trailers, is looking to appoint an accomplished President to guide the organization through its next stage of growth. This is a standout opportunity to lead and coordinate operations across multiple sites while contributing to broader business expansion. Reporting closely to the CEO/Owner, the President will help shape and implement strategic initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, drive new business development, and establish a consistent, company-wide sales approach. The role will also be instrumental in assessing and optimizing organizational structure by reviewing and evaluating roles to ensure the business is positioned for performance and scale.

Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
