Who We Want The Compliance Capacity Specialist supports the Carrier Compliance Manager and the broader Compliance team by managing key compliance functions that ensure carrier qualifications and authority align with regulatory and internal standards. This role is responsible for onboarding new carriers, maintaining carrier profiles and compliance systems, proactively responding to and resolving real-time alerts, continuously reviewing changes within the carrier network, reviewing DOT inspection history, and ensuring up-to-date insurance compliance. The position plays a vital role in creating processes and SOPs, working with carrier reps to mitigate risks to support the company’s operational goals through reliable and repeatable compliance practices.
