Job Description
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- Maintain and implement comprehensive compliance frameworks and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory risks.
- Monitor business operations, client transactions, and product activities to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc regulatory reports accurately and on time
- Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews, ensuring timely follow-up on findings and remediation actions.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation to support regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry associations on compliance-related matters.
- Conduct compliance gap analysis, risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Provide compliance advisory and training to internal teams to promote awareness and understanding of compliance obligations.
- Track, interpret, and communicate updates on financial regulations, capital market and securities laws (OJK, IDX, KPEI, KSEI), data protection rules, and other industry standards to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely implementation of required changes in policies and procedures.
- Support the development of management and board-level compliance reports, highlighting key issues, trends, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Economics, or Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Compliance role at a securities company.
- WPPE certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of capital market and securities laws (OJK, IDX, KPEI, KSEI) and compliance best practices.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies such as OJK, BI, or Bappebti is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
